Requirements

The Role

This isn't your typical SDR gig. No robotic scripts. No mindless KPI-chasing.

At Navro, your voice matters, and your growth is accelerated. You'll be the first touchpoint for prospects, engaging decision-makers at global-first companies and shaping the pipeline for the sales team.

  • Prospect Engagement & Lead Generation: Identify and engage prospects across EMEA & the US through personalized outbound (email, phone, social) and qualify inbound leads to book meetings for AEs.
  • Tech-Enabled Outreach & Collaboration: Leverage tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and Amplemarket to execute outreach and collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Continuous Improvement & Feedback Loop: Share insights and feedback to enhance messaging, positioning, and overall go-to-market strategy.
