Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Understand customer pain points and business needs to position relevant IT solutions effectively.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Marketing to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and pipeline information.
- Meet and exceed KPIs, including calls, meetings set, and opportunities generated.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technology solutions to provide value to prospective clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6-12 months of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role (preferably within IT, technology, or SaaS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A proactive and tenacious attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Passion for technology and an eagerness to develop a career in IT sales.
