Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: London - hybrid working model

About the role

The sales coordinator position will work closely with the surrounding departments such as Finance and Production to provide a comprehensive pre- and post-sale service to our global sales teams.

You will be a subject matter expert for our CRM overseeing the sales team use of the system to ensure that it is used to company expectations so that all relevant data can be accurately tracked and analysed. This role will additionally work closely with the Business Systems team to align CRM functionality and processes with the demands of the evolving sales processes.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our London office on a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, maintaining day-to-day admin functions on key systems.
  • Assist operations sales cycle, including downloading systems statistics, updating relevant sales documents and systems.
  • Manage Sales team data quality, including invoices data and oversee team use of CRM/Booking system.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, creating sales department policies, training manuals and resource material.
  • Understand clients’ needs and direct them to the appropriate Sales team while working with colleagues to expand the prospects database.
  • Provide pipeline, sales reports and analysis, preparing monthly and quarterly presentations.
  • Assist in developing regional sales tracking documents, and creating sales forecasting models and data.
  • Act as an interface between operations and sales team for technical queries.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Essential

  • Experience in an office support role.
  • Meticulous organisational and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to deal with several tasks simultaneously and to consistently re-prioritise tasks.
  • Proactively identify ongoing, recurring problems and use initiative to resolve them promptly.
  • Positive and reliable team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook proficiency.
  • Understanding of data quality and adherence to minimum data sets.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting senior management and sales teams would be a bonus.
  • Experience in Client development desirable but not essential.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems desirable but not essential.
