As a Sales Coordinator based in Colchester you’ll be responsible for:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers both over the phone and behind the trading counter, providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Supporting the team in the office with customer quotes, and general administration duties
  • Checking in with customers to see how their projects are going and to understand if they need any further support
  • You may occasionally be required to help out in the warehouse

This is a full-time, permanent role working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.00am – 5.00pm.

  • To be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • To be comfortable helping out in all areas of the branch, including the warehouse
  • Customer service experience is desirable but not essential
