Watford (Hybrid Working Available)

£40,000 - £50,000 + Commission (£75,000+ OTE) + Progression Opportunities + Development + Health Insurance + Travel Expense + Holiday Days + Pension

Are you an experienced sales person within the renewable energy sector and looking to join a growing company where you will play a key role in their expansion whilst having the chance to progress into a management position?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading renewable energy company who can offer a great commission structure, allow for unlimited earnings alongside continued growth and development.

This company is a renewable energy consultancy who operate across the battery storage, solar and EV sectors. Due to continued success and an ongoing programme of growth, they are now looking to recruit a Sales Consultant to join their already highly professional team.

In this role the successful candidate will be required to help grow the company's pipeline of jobs, keep regular contact with current clients and ensure high levels of communication is always maintained with clients. Predominantly the role will involve lead generation, cold calling, dealing with inbound enquiries and working alongside the team, reporting to the managing director team. This will be an office-based role to start with the opportunity for hybrid working after probation period.

The successful candidate will have a proven sales background and previous experience in B2B sales. They will also have experience working within the commercial or utility scale renewable energy sector as well as a track record for providing excellent customer service to current clients. They must also be commutable to Watford and hold a valid UK driving license.

The Role:

  1. Lead Generation, Cold calling & Client relationship building.
  2. Dealing with inbound enquiries and enter sales leads onto CRM system.
  3. Training, development and progression available.
  4. Impressive uncapped based commission structure.
  5. Office based in Watford with hybrid working options available.

The Person:

  1. Proven sales experience with previous experience in B2B sales.
  2. Experience within the renewable energy sector.
  3. Self-motivated, well organised, persistent individual.
  4. Looking for opportunities to progress within an exciting company.
  5. Within a commutable distance of Watford.
