Job Role:

This is a full-time role located at their head office in the fashionable Stratford-upon-Avon.

Responsibilities:

1. The successful candidate will be responsible for communication with customers - including lead generation, customer support, and ultimately delivering sales.
2. Client engagement will be key, whether by telephone, online, or through personal appointments in our client's showroom.
3. There is significant scope to promote the many varied products and services offered within this specialty, all underscored by exceptional customer service standards.

Requirements:

1. You need to be a strong communicator, comfortable with the challenge of ensuring the highest service standards.
2. You should be creative and not phased by the task of identifying and pursuing new business leads.
3. You must understand the importance of selling for the right reasons and be prepared to lead discussions towards a successful sales conclusion.
4. You will be passionate about delivering a customer experience that is talked about for all the right reasons.
5. Previous experience in telesales, e-commerce, or the jewellery trade would be advantageous.
