Sales Consultant

The globally recognised beauty brand, Tom Ford Beauty is seeking new people to join their team of Beauty consultants, based at London Heathrow Airport, in the all important Travel Retail division.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join the iconic Tom Ford brand owned and managed by the global powerhouse beauty brand, Estee Lauder Companies. The birthplace of some of the most well-known Fragrance, make up and skincare products in the world, this is a brilliant opportunity to be part of this incredible brand.

If you have retail or sales experience in a fast-paced environment and want to work in one of the most exciting retail locations, then this may be for you.

The role involves learning all about the 3 pillar brand, the skincare, make up and in particular the stellar range of Tom Ford fragrances and advising, selling and conducting consultations with passengers in the airport.

2. Previous experience within a luxury retail role, although not essential,
3. Passion for delivering amazing service and really making a difference in the day of the passenger,

Applicants should be aware that as this role is based within Heathrow Airport, before you commence work you must have an Airside ID Pass, which requires a Criminal Reference Check and a 5-year checkable work history. You would be guided through this process and it may take a few weeks.

Roles are full time or part time - Full time hours are 36 hours per week, worked across 4 days. Part time hours are either 18 or 24 hours per week, worked across 3 days per week. All applicants must be able to be at Heathrow Airport ready on the shop floor for 5am.
