Sales & Business Development Executive - Cayman Islands Department of Tourism

Are you passionate about luxury travel and tourism? We're seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Executive to join the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism team, promoting one of the Caribbean's most prestigious destinations.

Working with the UK & Europe Business Development Manager, you'll drive visitor growth through strategic sales activities, industry partnerships, and innovative promotional campaigns. This dynamic position offers extensive travel opportunities throughout the UK, Continental Europe, and emerging markets in the Middle East and Asia.

You will lead promotional activities and sales training to position the Cayman Islands as a preferred luxury destination, as well as coordinate and execute major industry shows, B2B events, and educational seminars (approximately 40-50 events annually). Another key responsibility will be to develop and implement MICE business strategies across the region. You will be of a confident nature to manage the online travel training programme and industry relationship development, as well as create and deliver engaging presentations to diverse audience sizes.

This is a home-based, hybrid role with regular visits to the London office.

Job Requirements

  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • 5 years tourism sales/marketing experience
