Sales Associate / Luxury Fashion Retail Assistant who has a friendly personality, a deep passion for fashion and luxury, as well as great customer service, organisational and time-management skills is required for a firmly established luxury brand based in London.

SALARY: £13.50 per Hour (depending on experience)

LOCATION: Central London (W1S)

JOB TYPE: Part-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 20 Hours per Week

As the Sales Associate / Luxury Fashion Retail Assistant you will provide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening, and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as the history and heritage of the company.

Working as the Sales Associate / Luxury Fashion Retail Assistant you will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with customers, dealing with different nationalities and personalities and always putting the customers at ease.

DUTIES

Your duties as Sales Associate / Luxury Fashion Retail Assistant include:

1. Provide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening, and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as the history and heritage of the company.
2. Build and strengthen relationships with customers, deal with different nationalities and personalities and always put the customers at ease.
3. Nurture client relationships and build repeat business for the store.
4. Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
5. Ensure the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

1. Previous experience in a similar role within Luxury fashion retail companies.
2. Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store result.
3. Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
4. Excellent commercial awareness and customer’s attitude.
5. High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
8. Luxury product knowledge.
9. Fluent in English, additional languages would be beneficial.
