We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our luxury retail team in Knightsbridge. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment where exceptional service and personal style matter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering excellent customer service and building a loyal base of repeat shoppers
• Providing styling advice and expert product knowledge to assist customer purchases
• Gathering and managing customer data to support CRM and personalised service
• Supporting stock control, replenishment, and overall shop floor standards
• Handling transactions, returns, and occasional customer complaints professionally
• Working as part of a team to hit individual and store sales targets
• Taking part in regular training and product knowledge sessions
• Using in-store systems and digital tools to support the customer journey

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer service environment
• A passion for premium fashion and personal presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commercial awareness and sales confidence
