Overview

Marking its 75th year, Gansons is expanding our global footprint through a direct presence in the UK. The UK sales office is responsible for sales, marketing, business development and post-sales support for the European and North African markets.

As part of our go-to-market plan, we are looking to build a team of sales executives, consultants and engineers/technicians who will comprehensively bring Gansons products and services to the European market.

Job Purpose

The Sales Associate at Gansons Engineering UK plays a pivotal role in the go-to-market phase for Gansons in Europe. They are responsible for end-to-end customer lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build the revenue pipeline for GEUK through direct market outreach, customer education, and strategic account management.
  2. Build resources to enhance the sales process: secondary research, database creation, CRM tools, and sales collaterals.

Reports to: General Manager, Gansons Engineering UK

Compensation:

Competitive and negotiable based on experience.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  1. Educational background in engineering, pharmacy, food technology, or business administration.
  2. Up to 2 years of sales, marketing, or technical experience in relevant industries.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is strongly preferred.
  4. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  1. Full-time or part-time positions available.
  2. Remote working and flexible hours, with core working hours between 10 AM to 4 PM for full-time roles.
