The Role

Exciting opportunities for Flexible Position have come up in our Thurles BORN store. We are looking for highly motivated and experienced retail associates who love women's fashion.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

1. Experience in retail environment preferred
2. Good communication & listening skills
3. Confident, approachable and enthusiastic person who is great talking to people
4. Good attention to details
5. Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
6. Well organised
7. Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and evenings

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensuring high level of customer's satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products & cooperating with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
2. Achieving KPI's & operational expectations
3. Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
4. Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs
5. Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends
6. Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
