Job description

Bonus: Guaranteed bonus of £300 per month for the first three months.

Hours: 12 hour shift pattern so you ONLY work TWO days second week: 5 days one week and then only two days second week.

You will deal with car hire for holidaymakers that have just flown into Luton Airport for a holiday or business travel.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for selling and upselling car rental. You will sell car hire to very warm leads, then upgrade the car to luxury cars and offer upgraded insurance.

You will also offer optional extras like Sat Navs, child and baby seats if needed.

All the leads are warm as they need the car to get out of the airport; it's a great opportunity to make commission.

Salary: £11.44ph basic with a £40k OTE.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a welcoming face at the airport desk.
  • Upsell and offer additional products to the car rental booking.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the documents related to the booking of vehicles.
  • Carry out administrative tasks related to the rental of vehicles.
  • Activate the adequate procedure in case of damage detection and manage the objects left behind.

Key Skills/Experience Needed:

  • Sales or Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent communication and face-to-face sales skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in your working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends – our locations can offer you a wide variety of shifts.
