About you

We are looking for passionate sales assistants to join our new store in Leeds, in full-time and part-time flexible capacities. Acting as a brand ambassador, you’ll represent our brand, bring excellent customer service skills, and live and breathe our core values of sustainability and eco-conscious fashion.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and experience through excellent sales service.
• Assessing customers' needs and providing assistance and information on all in-store Nobody’s Child products.
• Following and achieving the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, going above and beyond to drive sales.
• Maintaining stock levels and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Ensuring consistent knowledge of Nobody’s Child products and new arrivals, with an ability to cross-sell products and offer styling solutions to customers.
• Processing POS (point of sale) purchases.
• Handling returns.
• Suggesting ways to improve sales through visual merchandising and styling.
• Representing our brand positively and passionately.
