  • You take the lead on sales building and work in partnership with your General Manager & Operations Manager to spot opportunities to maximise sales.
  • You will ensure that your site has a great reputation in being the place of choice over our competitors - online or through word of mouth.
  • You will measure, collate and communicate your weekly results to the General Manager every Monday.
  • You attend (and want to attend) large important functions to ensure they run smoothly, instilling confidence with guests as the face of the business.

Full Responsibilities

  • Proactively grow and maximise pre-booked sales, through winning business and the organisation of Weddings, corporate packages, PDR bookings, Masterclasses, dinners & drinks parties, ticketed events and bar and restaurant bookings etc.
  • Successfully organise, promote and sell all major calendar occasions such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Mother's and Father's Day, Bank Holiday weekends and any other major occasions as briefed.
  • Be the face of the site's brand, both internally and externally.
  • Work to pre-determined targets as set by the General Manager and Operations Manager.
  • Create and execute a sales plan for the site, detailing clear targets and objectives for the team.
  • Endeavour to always show creativity and innovation while following the processes set before you.
  • Proactive outreach via phone, emails / LinkedIn messenger each week to new or existing contacts.
  • Attend networking events every month, raising the profile of the site within the local area.
  • Ensure social media channels; specifically Instagram & Facebook have a minimum of 4 posts a week.
  • Organise and curate social influencer PR visits to site.
  • Ensure that all incoming enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner, delivering a high level of conversion from enquiry to confirmed booking.
  • Continually build and validate a quality database of contacts with key employers, organisations and private customers.
  • Manage the ResDiary to provide sales analysis and ensure accuracy of sales reporting.
  • Perform client show rounds and meet and greet clients, acting as the venue representative.

About You

  • You are obsessive about driving sales and hitting targets.
  • Good literacy skills alongside excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust easily.
  • Self-motivated, enjoys working at pace with limited supervision whilst adhering to pressure and timescales.
  • Creative, passionate and positive with site management and kitchen team to ensure events/bookings can realistically be executed to a high standard.
  • You command the detail. You'll know your Cosy Club like the back of your hand, and take pride in ensuring that standards, processes, cleanliness, and presentation is at its best each and every day.
