Job Title : Sales and Customer Support Specialist - Customer Facing (Call Centre (text only) & Customer Service)
Location : In person Yarraville Victoria (plus showroom and Baby Expo opportunities)
Permanent Part time : 20 hours per week

This role is a mix of online customer support (responding to inquiries via text social media, email, and live chat) and face-to-face sales (helping customers in our showroom and attending Baby EXPOs).
The day-to-day :
- Engage with customers online & in-person – Provide expert product advice via email, live chat, and social channels, and deliver in-person showroom demos.
- Drive sales & conversions – Proactively assist customers with purchase decisions, making their shopping experience seamless.
- Deliver top-tier support – Ensure every interaction is memorable, helpful, and positive.
- Identify areas for improvement – Provide feedback to enhance customer experience and improve team processes.
- Handle order administration – Process customer requests efficiently, ensuring accuracy and great customer experience.
- Warranty support and analysis to drive future product improvements.

Experience :
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- eCommerce or web platform experience ideal but not essential.
- Experience using web-based customer service platforms (such as Gorgias or similar) advantageous.
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
