Yolk Recruitment is seeking an upbeat and personable Sales and Customer Care Coordinator to join a forward-thinking manufacturing company in Neath. The client specialises in innovative and high-quality manufacturing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have need to have a good telephone manner, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone hardworking to be rewarded in a family business which is an expanding and prosperous business.

This is what you'll be doing:
  • First point of contact for customers for processing orders
  • Become an expert in the products to answer customer queries.
  • Process purchase orders and liaise with internal teams to check invoices.
  • Full use of a range of IT software, such as Microsoft packages; basic Excel experience would be handy.
  • Full training will be provided for this role.
And this is what you'll get:
  • Salary £26,000
  • Monday - Thursday 8-5pm and Friday early finish of 3.30pm
  • 28 days holidays, including Bank Holidays (Christmas shut down)
  • Free parking onsite.
