Sales Agent

Certain Advantage is hiring for a Sales Agent based in Manchester city centre. The role is on an ongoing temp basis and requires candidates who can commit to at least 1-2 month's work, possibly longer.

The Company

We're working with a leading e-commerce business in Manchester city centre. If you're looking to be part of a forward-thinking and supportive client that values its people, then this is a great entry-level opportunity for ongoing temp work.

The Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Agent to join the existing sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong organisational and communication skills, this is the perfect temp role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  1. Building relationships with new and existing partners
  2. Outbound calls to clients to update their Google information
  3. Uploading documents onto the company in-house system
  4. Working to daily call targets and conversions each day

£13.00 an hour. Shifts are from 10am-6.30pm and 11am-7.30pm Monday to Friday (40 hours a week).

Start date: Wednesday 26th March 2025

The Individual

  1. Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not essential.
  2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Confident individuals who enjoy talking to people.
  4. Attention to detail.
  5. Results-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  7. Proficient in using CRM software.
