Role:

The role of the sales representative is to make contact with potential customers via various channels such as voice/email/chat. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Handle warm enquiries regarding products and services.
2. Deliver best in class customer service.
3. Understand customers' demands and needs to match the most suitable product/service.
4. Successfully achieve positive outcomes.
5. Deliver against KPIs.
6. Ability to overcome customer objections.
7. Maintain good product knowledge across all our brands.
8. IT literate - must be able to navigate multiple software systems.

1. Clear communicator who can effectively build relationships.
2. Sales driven.
3. Accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Influencing and persuading skills.
5. Ability to work to targets and deadlines and under pressure.
6. Self-motivated.

Hours:

4 Days in 3 Days off 8AM - 6PM No Weekends.
