New Homes Sales Advisor – Blackburn

We are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join a 5-star housebuilder in Blackburn! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading developer, guiding buyers through their home-buying journey and securing sales.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum + commission
Location: Blackburn
Job Type: Full-time, including weekends (as required in new home sales)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential buyers, providing expert advice on available properties and purchase options.
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain the marketing suite and show homes to the highest standards.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Handle all necessary administrative tasks, including contracts and CRM updates.
