Sales Advisor

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Advisor to join our client on a 1-month contract. You will be required to make a number of high-volume calls, selling a training course to prospective customers who have at some point already shown their interest with the business or brand.

This position is fully remote but you must attend the first 2 training days in the office in Banbury, Oxfordshire. If you are unable to attend this in person, unfortunately, you will not be able to progress for this role.

Package for a Sales Advisor:

• Salary: £13.18 - £14.29 per hour
• Hours: 2pm - 10pm
• Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (1 month, but there is a possibility for extension)
• Location: Remote (first 2 days will be office based in Banbury and will be 9am - 5pm)

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor:

• Making warm outbound calls to prospective customers who have already signed up at an event, or have registered their interest online
• Making (Apply online only) calls per day
• Taking lead for sales delivery, achieving conversions
• Developing and implementing effective sales processes to drive outbound sales

Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Advisor:

• You should be sales driven with previous experience of hitting targets
• Being hard working and motivated are essential to be considered for this role
• Great communication skills are required as you will be speaking with a variety of people
• Being proactive and using your initiative to make sales is required
