WANTED

Sales Administrator / Customer Service Executive

To join a friendly growing team based on the outskirts of Chelmsford. You must drive as there are no public transport links.

This is a Monday – Friday office-based role, 8.30-5.30.

Salary is £25k – £26k DOE, plus bonus.

Company outings – great family-run business.

You must have:

  1. An excellent telephone manner, with experience in dealing with customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  2. Ability to adapt quickly.
  3. Experience in a Customer Service environment is essential.
  4. Attention to detail, organized, and computer literate.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a busy environment.

The Role:

  1. Process orders over the phone.
  2. Deal with enquiries via phone, live chat, and emails.
  3. Handle occasional complaints.
  4. Perform general administrative tasks.
  5. Develop and increase product knowledge.

Personal Skills:

  1. Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  2. Experience in complaint handling.
  3. Adaptability.
  4. Positive, can-do attitude.

Training is given for in-house systems and products.
