Sales Administrator / Customer Service Executive
To join a friendly growing team based on the outskirts of Chelmsford. You must drive as there are no public transport links.
This is a Monday – Friday office-based role, 8.30-5.30.
Salary is £25k – £26k DOE, plus bonus.
Company outings – great family-run business.
You must have:
- An excellent telephone manner, with experience in dealing with customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Ability to adapt quickly.
- Experience in a Customer Service environment is essential.
- Attention to detail, organized, and computer literate.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a busy environment.
The Role:
- Process orders over the phone.
- Deal with enquiries via phone, live chat, and emails.
- Handle occasional complaints.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Develop and increase product knowledge.
Personal Skills:
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Experience in complaint handling.
- Adaptability.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
Training is given for in-house systems and products.
