Estate agency – Residential sales

We are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator covering the Cobham, Esher and Surbiton offices. Our employees are meticulous, highly professional and well-trained, with a thorough understanding of the property market in their local area. We have a track record of success in marketing at a national and international level, with over half of our business coming through referral and recommendations. Trusted for Generations, we have specialised in selling residential property in London and South of England for 150 years.

About the role:

The successful Sales Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Working directly with the branch manager and the sales team in the local office, as well as administrative cover for another branch within the region.
  • In addition to your ‘base office’ you will be expected to travel to your other office(s) on a weekly basis.
  • The smooth running of all sales administration duties.
  • The preparation of correspondence, sales brochures, window cards, advertising copy, and accounts.
  • Ensuring the offices are appropriately stocked with stationery, brochures, marketing material and other office supplies.
  • Conducting due diligence and anti-money laundering checks on all buyers and sellers and making sure the files/cases are compliant with the latest legislation.
  • Administrative cover during busy periods and holiday/sickness cover for other offices within the region.

Skills and experience:

The successful Sales Administrator will have the following attributes:

  • Previous experience within an administrative setting.
  • Smartly presented and able to handle a public facing role, both face to face and over the telephone.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks simultaneously, to ensure nothing is missed, and all electronic files are kept in good order.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
