Sales Administrator / Admin & Sales Negotiator

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Edinburgh (Fixed Location)

Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional looking to join a dynamic estate agency team in the heart of Edinburgh? Our client prides themselves on a reputation of excellence, marketing, and selling properties throughout the central belt. They are seeking an Admin and Sales Negotiator to support their expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries and schedules for the team, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Issue sign-up documentation for new clients and conduct anti-money laundering checks.
  • Assist in the preparation of properties for market launch, handling key management and coordinating home reports and photographs.
  • Upload new property listings and proof them on their websites while managing For Sale board placements.
  • Handle incoming communications in the sales inbox, qualifying viewer leads, and scheduling viewings as needed.
  • Negotiate offers and provide necessary updates and feedback to clients, solicitors, and financial advisors.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in estate agency or a related sales environment.
  • Strong organisational and diary management skills.
