Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales, business development, and relationship management for UK Operator partner.
- Develop and implement promotional plans to deliver against sales KPI’s (revenue & volume).
- Obtain trust and foster deep relationships with key decision makers to increase brand consideration.
- Manage day-to-day customer engagement, resolve challenges, and ensure business continuity.
- Regularly report on sales progress and account development including key actions to drive sales.
- Acquire a systematic understanding of partners' ongoing requirements to drive ‘win-wins.
- Ensure stock control, accurate sales forecasting & align intake plans.
- Plan, track, and control account investment and budgets.
- Support the planning and direction of all account marketing initiatives.
- Become the expert for HONOR’s products, services, and propositions and effectively communicate to partners/key customers.
- Coordinate quarterly product ranging process and commercial negotiations.
- Own cross-functional relationships; sales, commercial, supply chain, marketing, GTM, and portfolio (internal/external).
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ work experience in Telecoms, Consumer Electronics, or FMCG industries.
- Results driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent communication, organisation, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- CRM experience, with a track record in building strong relationships.
- Ability to see the broader picture, identify, own, and resolve challenges.
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Word, and PPT skills is a must).
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in developing/executing key accounts within Telecoms or Consumer Electronics sector and with industry knowledge.
