As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s market presence in the North UK territory, selling products to academic and research institutions carrying out life science laboratory research.
A life science inside sales role requires a combination of technical knowledge, effective communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of the life sciences industry. Success in this role is often measured by achieving sales targets, customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of the organisation in the life sciences sector.
This is a remote, home office-based role that will involve 3-4 days a week spent travelling to customer sites across the North of the UK in order to build strong customer relationships and to identify sales opportunities. The role would suit a passionate, outgoing and confident communicator who has a life science background and would like to pursue a people-oriented commercial career away from the laboratory.
Full technical product and sales training will be provided for the successful candidate.
