At Grantify, we're looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to join our Growth team. As a crucial member of our sales force, you'll play a key role in expanding our reach and helping businesses secure funding through our unique AI grant writing platform. Your Mission

  • Drive Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing significantly to our revenue goals.
  • Engage Clients: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value of our services.
  • Master the Product: Develop an in-depth understanding of our grant products, eligibility criteria, and processes to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Excel in CRM Management: Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and a well-maintained sales pipeline.

Your Background

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally within SaaS, technical account management, or IT solutions for enterprises.
  • Remote Work Proficiency: You have experience working remotely and managing tasks independently.
  • Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable using various software tools to manage sales processes and client relationships.

Hiring Process

  • Video Screening Interview with a member of our Talent team (30mins)
  • Video Interview with our Growth hiring team (30mins)
  • Final Interview + Presentation with our Growth hiring team (60mins)

The whole process usually takes about 3 weeks end to end, but we’re flexible and will do our best to accommodate timings that will work for you. As you progress through the stages, our Talent Acquisition Manager will share feedback and information on what to expect/prepare for. We aim to provide feedback and/or updates within 72 hours of each step.
