A well-established stockist and distributor of Aerospace components is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team. This company supplies a wide range of products to industries such as aerospace, defence, and military worldwide. The Sales Account Manager will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their requirements are met efficiently. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responding to customer enquiries and quotations, maintaining databases, and supporting business development strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Managing accounts and building long-term relationships
• Quotation preparation
• Handling the sales process end-to-end
• Understanding the supplier’s needs
• Generating new business
• Building sales strategies
• Tracking orders
• Having a full understanding of products

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proficient IT skills, including CRM software and MS Office
• Understanding of the markets in which they operate and the position of various major competitors in those markets
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational abilities
• Polite phone manner and well-spoken
• Excellent listening skills
• Confident in client meetings, both face-to-face and online
