Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Account Manager at Excellon Digital. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, account management, customer service, lead generation, and effective communication on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications and Experience and Skills
- Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
- Lead Generation and Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- 2+ years of experience in sales and account management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Closing deals with Executive and Senior Staff.
