We are a welcoming GMS practice with a team of 4 GP's, 2 nurse practitioners, a HCA, and a good team of administrators. With a strong commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare to our 6,595 patients. Main duties of the job

1. Manage a patient caseload and provide high-quality care in a primary care setting.
2. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting colleagues and sharing clinical knowledge.
3. Contribute to a patient-centred, team-focused approach to modern Primary Care.

Job responsibilities

The post-holder will be responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract.

The post-holder will adhere to the GMC Standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example and maintaining a positive collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.

• Full GMC Registration On the National GP Register
• MRCGP Vocational Training Certificate
