Safety Engineer
About the job: Kent is looking for a Safety Engineer who will be responsible for the production of process safety engineering deliverables. Typically, works as a Process Safety engineer reporting to the lead engineer on a feasibility, concept, FEED, detailed design or EPC project. Undertakes specified tasks / areas of work dependent on size and complexity of the project, as defined by the lead engineer or project / project engineering manager. Responsible for communicating technical / project issues potentially impacting the project to the lead engineer. The Safety Engineer is typically accountable to the Principal Engineer or Project Engineer, discipline Lead Engineer, and/or Project Manager, depending on the size and complexity of the Project. The corporate reporting line is to the respective Departmental / Group Manager. We operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days home working, for our team to develop an effective team dynamic within Engineering.

These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization.
