We have an exciting opportunity to join MHA as a Safety and Compliance Officer who will support the application of Health, Safety & Environmental Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation, best practice and enable MHA to meet the requirements of associated accreditations.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in Fire Risk Assessment and/or accreditation for producing fire risk assessments. Experience of conducting statutory health & safety tasks, knowledge of testing fire alarms systems, maintaining Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations certification on passenger/domestic lifts, knowledge and/or experience of legionella servicing are key requirements for this position.
Requirement: You will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Base: Hybrid working - Community, Office and Home.
Hours: 37 per week.
