Then get in touch! Kingston Barnes is recruiting for a Safety and Compliance Manager for our client in the Bicester area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager with a safety, health, environmental, and quality background to join a market-leading business.

The Role: You will provide safety leadership across the site, being a champion of safety, health, environmental, quality compliance and best practice. Responsibilities include:

1. Develop and manage site safety procedures and compliance systems.
2. Oversee ISO management systems (ISO 45001, 9001, 14001, 50001).
3. Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety audits.
4. Monitor and ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and environmental permits.
5. Provide safety leadership and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
6. Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
7. Deliver training and toolbox talks to improve awareness across the site.

1. NEBOSH / IOSH qualification (essential).
2. Strong experience in health & safety management within a manufacturing, engineering, or process industry.
3. Experience with ISO standards and audits.
4. Proven ability to drive safety policies and procedures.
5. Strong leadership and influencing skills.

1. Salary up to £58,000
