Where will you be working?
This role will be within the Aviation team. Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a solid understanding of the Aviation market, who will have a key role in M Group Rail and Aviation's future pipeline of work. You will play a significant role in the development of strategy, being the voice of the customer, and helping us to continually innovate and improve.
What you will be doing?
You'll be reporting to the Head of Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality. You'll be carrying out site inspections, delivering training and toolbox talks, and assisting with audits. You'll also be liaising with clients, enforcing authorities, and conducting investigations. Additionally, you will be monitoring standards of compliance, advising on all aspects of health and safety, and writing reports.
