Are you passionate about working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to drive forward the vision to safeguard adults from abuse, neglect and exploitation? If so then, the exciting opportunity of becoming a SAB Development Manager could be for you!
The post will have a leading role to coordinate Safeguarding Adult Reviews (SARs), develop and implement the SAB strategic plan, as well as ensuring SAR action planning is effective to embed organisational learning across agencies.
Whilst situated in Adult Social Care, this post is a central, visible, and highly influential role within the wider SAB network, working closely with multi-agency partners to build and sustain effective working relationships. The successful candidate will provide support flexibly to the SAB and Adult Social Care business needs and priorities that may fluctuate and change.
