The Person:
Senior Recruitment Consultant required with a proven record of billings. You will have experience in Accountancy & Finance Recruitment. As a Senior Consultant, you must have experience in professional recruitment and can build long-term, lasting business relationships. You must have an organised and thorough approach and be able to operate consultatively. A polished presentation coupled with excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
The Role:
You will be expected to grow, develop and run an Accountancy and Finance desk and will be expected to place mid-senior level Accountancy and finance candidates within C&I.
You will complete all aspects of 360 consultant-client visits, business and sales development, relationship management, interviewing candidates, networking and intelligently mapping your market sector.
This role offers progression if you wish to embark on a managerial career within the recruitment sector.
