Russian Speaking Interior Design Studio Manager

We are looking for a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Manager to join our interior design studio, located in Chelsea, Central London.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a busy schedule of multiple projects, including planning timelines and ensuring project execution;
• Represent the interests of the studio and clients effectively in all interactions with suppliers and stakeholders;
• Negotiate with suppliers and oversee pricing processes;
• Prepare and monitor invoices, manage payments, and ensure financial documentation is accurate;
• Oversee deliveries and provide timely updates to both the studio and clients;
• Maintain calendars, update project records, and work with internal management systems;
• Handle administrative aspects of each project with precision and efficiency;
• Visit project sites and liaise with suppliers and trade representatives;
• Work with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian is required;
• Preferably a degree in economics or a related field;
• Calm, organized, and skilled in time management;
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage complex schedules;
• Proven experience in negotiation and project management;
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability;
• Excellent client-handling skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships;
• Comfortable dealing with trade and administrative issues.
