Position: Rural Surveyor
Employment: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5.30 pm
Salary: up to £40,000 DOE, with a great bonus scheme

Overview:

Calling all ambitious Rural Chartered Surveyors! We're thrilled to present a rare opening for a dynamic individual to take the helm as a Rural Surveyor within our client's team. This opportunity promises growth, challenge, and fulfilment in equal measure.

The Role:

As part of our client's expanding Rural Department, you'll be entrusted with a spectrum of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

1. Orchestrating Estate and Property Management initiatives
2. Spearheading Diversification and Planning endeavours
3. Conducting Valuations, Taxation, and Succession planning consultations
4. Nurturing Landlord and Tenant relationships
5. Advising clients on Agri-environmental Schemes and Grants
6. Facilitating Land and Property Transactions with finesse
7. Championing Renewable Energy ventures

Key Requirements:

Here's what we're looking for in an ideal candidate:

1. RICS qualification with a minimum of 2 years PQE (ideally)
2. Preference for Registered Valuer and FAAV accreditation, though not mandatory
3. A knack for navigating commercial landscapes and achieving business targets
4. A dedication to delivering unparalleled client satisfaction
5. Proficiency in web-based case management systems
6. Proactive, adaptable, and a consummate team player
7. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
8. Possession of a full driving license and access to personal transportation
9. Adept at juggling multiple priorities and managing time effectively
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Packages
