Eden Legal is a dynamic, niche law firm based in Perth with a focus on rural land and business, agriculture, and private client work. We are looking for someone to join our team to focus on the rural property side of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor to join a small team and have the autonomy and opportunity to continue to develop and grow this side of the business. You will be well supported from an administrative perspective, as well as receiving training and guidance from our leadership team to bolster your personal development.

Eden Legal is a boutique practice, with a solid, quality and loyal client base that generates significant repeat business. While our team is small, we certainly like to think that we 'punch above our weight' in terms of the quality of our clients and the work that we carry out for them. We are looking to continue to build on this and grow our capacity to service our clients' and referrals' needs. The team specialises in rural land and business transactions, advising individuals, families and businesses on areas such as the purchase and sale of land, farms and estates, agricultural and commercial leasing, and renewable energy projects.

Our new team member will be supported to develop experience in more complex transactions and will also have flexibility to pursue any areas of work that are of particular interest to you within the scope of what we do.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years PQE
Excellent communication skills
Property experience, preferably with a rural focus
The desire to work within a niche law firm where you will be a key team member
