Estate & Property Manager | Oxfordshire & Gloucestershire

We're working with a renowned, family-owned farming business at the forefront of sustainable agriculture. They're leading the way in the future of agriculture, with cutting-edge agricultural technology and sustainable land management practices.

As the Estate & Property Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing our diverse and impressive property portfolio made up of residential and commercial property, agricultural land, holiday lets, woodlands, farmland, and other diversifications.

You'll be managing tenants, ensuring compliance, and supporting exciting development projects across our Oxfordshire & Gloucestershire estates.

You'll take the lead in estate management, overseeing everything from woodland planning to leisure initiatives, while ensuring the seamless daily operation of our properties.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Managing tenancy agreements, leases, and licensing arrangements
  2. Overseeing property inspections, statutory compliance & safety audits
  3. Supporting planning applications & small-scale development projects
  4. Helping to shape our leisure and guest experiences
  5. Budgeting, reporting & maintaining accurate property records
  6. Implementing best practices in sustainability & estate management

What We're Looking For

  1. MRICS / FAAV qualification with 2-3 years in a similar role
  2. Strong property & estate management experience
  3. Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
  4. A proactive and flexible approach with a keen eye for detail
  5. Confidence in managing multiple projects & responsibilities
  6. IT savvy - particularly with Microsoft Excel
