About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most successful schools in England. Sport is an integral part of Gordon's School's vision to be the best non-selective school in England and amongst the finest schools in the world. Academic success will gain young people their first job, or place at University; but it is the character acquired on the games field and in other co-curricular activities which will sustain them through life. With more than 90 teams, the School plays annually over 600 fixtures, across more than 20 sports. Many teams compete at National level.
For September 2025 we are seeking a highly motivated and inspirational Rugby Coach to work co-operatively with the Director of Sport, and the rest of the PE department. You will be required to coach up to 12 hours per week, 4pm to 5pm Monday to Thursday and Saturday mornings and / or afternoons. The successful candidate will have experience of playing Rugby to a high level, including experience of coaching within schools or clubs. They will have excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate others.
