RTA (LVI) Paralegal – Liverpool

This extremely well renowned Merseyside private practice, specialising in Personal Injury, is looking to recruit an RTA Paralegal for its dedicated LVI team.

You are expected to have at least 12 months experience in RTA/Personal Injury and will be responsible for handling all aspects of pre-litigated PI claims involving allegations of Low Velocity Impact, while also acting alongside the senior team on litigated claims of greater complexity.

To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience of RTA claims – ideally involving allegations of Fraud/LVI but by no means essential – from instruction to settlement.

The plan is to develop you into a complex litigator capable of dealing with litigated LVI claims in the long term; progression is baked in!

The team continues to go from strength to strength and the firm offers a competitive salary and extensive benefits including full hybrid access and a number of sites across Merseyside. Salary will be commensurate with experience, guideline up to £30,000.
