An established industry player in care and education is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide individualized care and support to young people with severe learning disabilities and autism. £24,219.00 – £25,408.50 per year (dependent on qualifications & experience)
Here at Rowden House School we pride ourselves on giving the best possible care and life experience for our young people. As well as attending our onsite school, the young people go on various trips out; we go swimming, we go to cafes; do arts and crafts, cookery, sports, gardening and much more. We are completely led by our residents – we do whatever activities they are interested in (and we can reasonably facilitate!).
The role involves working a 3 week rolling rota pattern including evening and weekend work. This includes two double shifts occurring every 3 weeks and a mixture of early and late shifts. The shift hours are as follows:
Early: 7:30 – 3:30
Late: 3:00 – 10:00pm
