Route Sales Supervisor will supervise the daily duties of the Sales and merchandising team. He / She will ensure proper execution of assigned duties within specified guidelines towards the improvement of distribution and sales of the company's products.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Building and maintaining healthy customer relationships with customers and all key stakeholders and make recommendations for improvements deemed necessary
Ensuring that Salesmen conduct sales by route listing on a timely basis
Tracking weekly product sales reports and implementing measures to support the achievements of sales quota
Assisting with the process of receiving, storing, rotating and handling of products to reduce returns and increase shelf space
Conducting weekly audits of the sales and merchandising team
Providing weekly updates and plans of trade activities
Timely submission of sales reports
This person should:
Be reliable and responsible
Be excellent at report writing
Be willing to work flexible hours (6-day work week schedule)
Be excellent with MS Office Suite (emphasis on Excel and Word)
Have an excellent track record of customer relationship building
Be a team player and team builder
Other requirements:
Own a reliable vehicle fit for work
Holder of a valid driver's license
Have a first degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or any other related faculty
