Job Overview

To be primarily responsible for the management, day to day staffing, and coordination of the trauma and orthopaedics medical rota. The post holder will also assist in the design, preparation and publication of the rota, as well as project manage the switch of the service from Medirota to Healthroster. The postholder will support the day to day running of the trauma and orthopaedic service at the Manchester Royal Infirmary and Trafford General Hospital.

Main duties of the job

  1. To manage the rota for all medical staff and support with day to day operational requirements.
  2. To line manage and support administrative functions within the trauma and orthopaedics department.
