As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a vibrant team to deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences.

You will be responsible for:

1. Promoting children's development through play, exploration, and enjoyable activities.
2. Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for all young learners.
3. Fostering strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
4. Bringing enthusiasm, creativity, and strong leadership to the team.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, Deputy Manager, Assistant Room Manager, Senior Nursery Nurse or in a similar role.
2. Experience in the Early Years sector.
3. Level 3 or above qualifications in Childcare / Early Years Education.
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
