This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary of £31,300 for a 40-hour work week.

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a vibrant team to deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, Deputy Manager, Assistant Room Manager, Senior Nursery Nurse or in a similar role.
2. Possess leadership experience in the Early Years sector.
3. Level 3 or above qualifications in Early Years Education.
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
