An established industry player is seeking a passionate Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join a vibrant nursery environment. In this full-time role, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional care and education for children. Nursery: Bright Horizons Talbot Woods Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: £26,600 to £32,000 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Hours: 40 hours full time, Fixed term contract until January 2026
Location: Poole, Dorset
We are looking for a full time, Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join our Bright Horizons Talbot Woods, situated in the grounds of Bournemouth University.
Our nursery features four separate free flow gardens, where children can explore with confidence. Here, they can observe the growth of vegetables and plants, as well as enjoy nature during our Forest School sessions.
