Job description
I am currently in need of a Roofing Site Manager to manage roofing projects in the West London / Thames Valley area. Projects range between £300k to £1 million and are primarily on new build projects within Schools, Colleges, Housing Associations, and Leisure centres.
The Candidate - must be capable of delivering projects standalone, reporting into a visiting contract manager, and be able to do sequencing, short-term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, toolbox talks, work to tight deadlines, and influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.
Key experience within Roofing needs to be conversant in flat roofing systems, hot belt, and felt roofing.
Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.
