Roofing & Siding Project Manager

Job Description

Spicer Bros is searching for a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate roofing and siding projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

What we expect:

1. Conduct accurate measurements and take-offs for roofing and siding projects
2. Order materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites
3. Manage and coordinate with job site foremen to ensure smooth project execution
4. Communicate with clients, suppliers, and crew members effectively
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
6. Address and resolve any project-related issues in a timely manner
7. Be self-motivated and solution-oriented

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in roofing and siding project management
• Strong ability to read blueprints and perform take-offs
• Knowledge of various roofing and siding materials and installation methods
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in business standard software and equipment
• Valid driver’s license required, DOT endorsement a plus
• Bilingual would be a plus
